The John Hunt Morgan Camp Sons of Confederate Veterans in cooperation with the Dickson Williams Historical Association and the General Morgan Inn will present the Life and Legacy of John Hunt Morgan. The event will begin at 10AM on Saturday, Sept. 4 with a reenactment of the Death of General Morgan. A short remembrance will follow. Morgan was killed on the mansion grounds Sept. 4, 1864. Activities will conclude at 2PM.
